Gas Boiler

Please read the following before contacting the office to report an issue. The more information you can tell us, the faster we can solve the problem

Have you run out of gas?

This can occur regularly with Pay As You Go Meters. To check the credit please follow the instructions which can be found on the gas meter.

Is the thermostat set correctly?

Sometimes the thermostat can be set on too low a temperature, leaving your house feeling cold

Is the pressure too low?

The pressure gauge can be found on the boiler. The pressure should be between 1-2 Bar. If your pressure is too low, please give us a call and we can talk you through the easy process to increase the pressure.

Boiler Reset

Sometimes the boiler simply needs reset. Before giving us a call, please press the rest button found on the front of your boiler.
