Electrical Issue
Please read the following before contacting the office to report an issue. The more information you can tell us, the faster we can solve the problem
No Power?
Please check if it is a power cut
Have you checked the fuse box?
Please check the fuse box and check for any switches tripped
Have you got credit on the meter?
If your gas is a Pay As You Go Meter, please check you have credit. This can be seen by following the instructions on your electricity meter.
Light not working?
Please try a different bulb in the light in order to determine if the blub is faulty.
