Radiator issues
Please read the following before contacting the office to report an issue. The more information you can tell us, the faster we can solve the problem
Have the radiators been bled recently?
Occasionally air will be trapped within the system and can be released through bleeding the radiators. Please use the correct equipment when doing this
Is the thermostatic valve open?
The thermostatic valve can get stuck shut. Similarly, if the valve is surrounded by items, it will take an inaccurate temperature reading of them room. Please check they are open and unobstructed before contacting the maintenance team.
